Callouts in Word 2002

I have created a document of 282 pages in Word 2000,
which has a fair amount of callouts illustraing various
screenshots. (The doucment is a training manual.)
However, when I open it in Word 2002, the callouts are in
differnet locations, and try as Imay, I cannot get them
to stay in their original location. I have altered the
formats etc but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

When you open in Word 2002, are you opening on a different computer?
Different OS? In either case, most likely you're using a different printer
driver. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm.
