Calling card doesn't work

I've been trying to set up Windows2k with my MCI calling
card. The steps are entered correctly, however, the
system will not dial the PIN, and fails.

Any help would be appreciated.

The call is apparently "timing out" in about 20 sec. after
the line is opened. I found a setting in the modems
dialog to cancel the call if not connected after 60 sec.
Changing the value has no effect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps you have a hardware setting in the modem set to 20 seconds?
Check the hardware configuation.
