We are using SBS2003 with Outllok client.

I have a user who want the calendar to be seen in the following format with
colouring:

01JAN 02JAN 03
JAN..............................................31DEC
BILL -------
BEN --------
JOHN -------
FRANK -------- --------

This is so that he can know at a glance that someone is away from the office
or not.

Please help.

Show him how to use the group schedule feature available in the calendar folder.
