Calendar Display Days of the Week

In Outlook 2003 I wish to add the days of the week (eg Monday, tuesday etc)to
the title of each day next to the date but cannot see how to do this.

Please tell me someone
 
Modify the date settings by going to Control Panel-> Regional and Language
Options...
