Print calendar with Sunday as the first day of week

I've reset the view on my calendar so Sunday is the first day of the
week but when I print out a week it shows Monday as the first day. How
do I change it so that Sunday through Saturday print on one page in
that order?

Shows fine for me when using Outlook 2007.

My version is Office 2003 SP2. I'm able to view information Sunday-
Saturday but when I print it goes to Monday-Sunday. I want to print
one week on one page starting with Sunday.

I don't think the seven day weekly view will print with anything other than
Monday first. However, something here might help:
