Cached Exchange Mode Dimmed Out

Hi

Cached Exchange Mode

The check box for "Cached Exchange Mode" is dimmed out and I am not able to
setup.

Can anybody help.

Server is Windows 2003 SBS and workstation is Windows 2000 Pro, with Outlook
2003.
