CA Autorun Stopped Working

The autorun on my CD drive has stopped working, it use to work!
I checked the autorun properties of the CD drive and it's set to prompt, but when any type of CD is put in nothing happens. I have also selected restore defaults on that screen but no change. Any ideas on how to get it to work again?
