c_850.nls .. repair .. which installation?

Hello,
My computer 'windows xp home' didn't start up this morning.
The information from the computer: c:\windows\system32\c_850.nls is disappeared or damaged.
(with many candles). (virus?????? protzection by norton)
I got the advise: repair by windows setup - take "R"(repair).
Then i got the question: which windows installation would y use?
i don't know the answer.
when i type "1", then i get a question for a password ADMINISTRATOR.
Where do i get those? What do i have to do?

Hi,

By default, there is no administrator password in WinXP Home unless you set
one. When it prompts for it, you should just hit <enter> to bypass it.
