My computer 'windows xp home' didn't start.
The information from the computer: c:\windows\system32\l_intl.nls is disappeared or damaged.
I got the advice: repair by window setup - take "R"(repair).
Ran the repair, logged on as administrator, cd to system32, can see l_intl.nls in dir
But can't rename, delete or copy new l_intl.nls?
Tried slaving from other computer won't let me see windows dir ask me to format drive?
Drooped to cmd but wont let me delete, rename or replace?
