I have been using a pioneer DVD-103S with Windows XP, power dvd or windows
media player 10. receive error C00D116F or unable to recognise file messages
for all region 2 dvds, though the setting is for region 2. All R or RW discs
work though. Replaced the hardware with a brand new Pioneer DVR-109 yet am
getting same problem. What the $%^& is going on? help please!!!!
 
search under Google with the error you are getting it may give you some
insight into the error. It may be a problem with your Media Player.

Have you done any updates lately, have you checked for updates for Power DVD
or tried removing and reinstalling Power DVD?
