"(C:) System" vs "System (C:)" - How do I change it?

There is a way to make the folder display "(C:) System" vs
"System (C:)" - I found it and implemented it then reinstalled my
system and I can't remember how to do it.

My laptop is (C:) System, my desktop is default "System (C:)".

How do I change it?
