C drive

My C drive is only doing 3 MB/s for (uncached speed) which mine is supposed
to be doing 37 MB/s big difference... could anyone tell me what my problem
might be and tell me how to fix it?

You're probably running in PIO mode. Use device manager to delete the IDE
controller in safe mode, reboot and let it redetect. Although, if you're
using 40 wire cable on a UDMA4 or latter drive, you will continue to have
problems.
