C Drive Replaced by E Drive

Hi there

My only hard drive which has always been Drive C: has disappeared!

It is now Drive E: !

As a result all applications are looking to run off drive C: which no
longer exists.

I admit that this is probably something really stupid that I did but I
have no idea what.

Can anybody advse me how to fix this.

The article was meant only to restore the drive letter to original.
