C drive in folder pane has no + mark

S

Steve Cohen

When I double click on My Computer all my drives are shown in the window. If
I right click the c drive and then click "explore", the new window will show
all the c drive folders in the right hand pane. However the folder pane
shows "Local Disk (C:) but there is no + sign to the left of it.

If I do the same thing to the d drive, the folder pane show the expanded d
drive folders.

How do I fix this?

150 plus is the problem. Reducing it to 99 should help.

Credit to Bill Drake for finding the information above. There is no other
permanent solution that I know.
