C# app updater

I was wondering if anyone has good ideas of how to go about creating an
updater for my application. I would like the user to just click a button
and it will update the app. Thanks in advance!

Actually Microsoft already has something for this.

I have never used it but I saw it demonstrated at the MSDN road show and it
seemed to work well.
