Bypassing Ctl Alt Del Log on

B

Becky

I know that you don't have to require users to press Ctl
Alt Del to log on to Windows 2000, but they do have a log
on screen. Is there a way of having the computer by pass
the prompt to enter a password upon log on? Any help would
greatly be appreciated.

There is a way to get the computer go to a user without a password when the
computer is turned on
First you will need Administrator access or know the password for the
Administrator, Next click on My Computer then Control Pannel Then Users and
Passwords Un check the box that says "Users must enter a user name and
password to use this computer" click apply and it will ask for the username
and password of the account that you want the computer to goto on its own
when the computer is started. And also you said something about ctrl alt
delete requirement at the start up wile you are in the Users and Passwords
click on the Advanced tab uncheck the box at the bottom

Tell me if this info was helpful and if I can help more the email address is
real
