bypass logon

would someone please tell me how to bypass the user logon
screen when i boot up my xp hp. I can't seem to
eliminate it. I used to just boot up to my desktop and
since i restored to a previous date, I can't get it to
bypass the user password. I do not even have a password,
I just press ok. Please help.

Control panel/User Accounts/Change the way users log on
or off


thaten make sure BOTH boxes are checked

Start | Run "control userpasswords2" (no quotes) and click OK. Uncheck the
box that says "Users must enter a username and password..." Apply and follow
the prompts
