Boot into Safe mode - log on as "administrator" - that should be a
different password than yours and if you were not the person to set
up the PC - there is a high possibility the password is blank - that
just pressing ENTER after entering the username "administrator" will
get you in. Then you can change your other users' password to
something you do know.
And if that doesn't work then kill the admin password and create a new
one...

One thing to note that's not mentioned in either post or the site... (You'll
get a warning though but I want to mention it now.) If you'd used EFS and
then alter the password for the account you'd be changing the password for
you're likely to run into some rather serious issues.
