By passing start up window

Hi, I downloaded the latest 'updates' from MSN. Now I have to go thru a
window at startup that I have to click on 'owner' to get going. Didn't have
this window before update, anyway to bypass it?

Click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 Uncheck Users must
enter a username and password........ click Apply. Enter the username that
you want automatically logged on, and the password for that account, if any.
