By MISTAKE I ERASED MY OUTLOOK2003 & ALL CONTENTS

Somehow I just erased my Outlook 2003. Now, when I open Outlook, I am asked
for all new information! How can I restore my Outlook and all the
information???
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Your e-mail and contact should might be on the default location (Windows
2000 and Windows XP):
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
The map 'Local Settings' and 'Application Data' are hidden maps.
