Hi,
Just a few weeks ago, my computer has been making a weird humming noise and
I have'nt been able to burn any CD's since. I use NERO to burn my CD's, and I
have been using it for a long time before. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The noise indicates a hardware problem. Computers shouldn't suddenly start
making new noises. Since the buzzing sound coincides with the CD
malfunction, I'd guess that the drive went bad somehow.
