Buying/building a new comp.....help!

Pollock has the same deal as me. Basically, through work you can buy up to £1300 of computer equipment from PC World only, and the amount is deducted in 36 monthly instalments from your gross salary. Not only is it interest free, but as a 40% tax payer, the tax saving is the effective discount you are getting on the PC, ie pay £895 over 3 years.

I'm going through the same process myself but don't want a prebuilt system having always bought from a local shop in the past.

Anyone have any recommendations for speccing up £1300 worth of PC (to include TFT monitor) at PC World. I have wireless network at home so don't need any modem/router. Will be used for the some gaming, home video editing, internet etc.

Thanks
