Please help on my son's computer after using system restore I can't get the @
button to work, I've tried everything all that comes out is ' and because of
this he can't log on to the internet. Any help would be very gladly received.

Try to change your Keyboard layout:
Click Start >> Control panel >> Double click Date, Time, Language, and
Regional Options >> Double click Regional and Language Options and click on
Languages Tab.
Then click Details Button, under Settings Tab make sure these settings are
correct to suite the UK (if you are in the UK):
Default input Language
[ English (United Kingdom)- United Kingdom ][v]

Installed services:

Make sure the Keyboard language selected is UK click [OK] to confirm your
changes and close.
