Button to rate a post

Where is the button to rate whether a certain posting in newsgroups was
helpful? I can't seem to find the button to do that in Windows Mail.

You need to sign in to M$ Passport for this to appear.

Tools>accounts>news>Communities>windows live ID.

Also check Tools>options>general tab>use message rating features.
 
Thanks very much mac. It works now after I signed in via Tools>General Tab
etc. :)
