My reply to ms newsgroups is not posted

Since a couple weeks, I do not see my replies to microsoft newsgroups -
mainly vista ones - posted. I use Windows Mail, tried a few things
(unchecked Ratings, verified my email address in blocked junk mail for
list) but no success.
Any ideas, please?

One newsgroup setting you may want to change because it
causes that type of problem:
Tools, Options, Read, uncheck "Get 300 headers at a time".

It was my own domain that was blocked - in my junk mail list.
