Business Data Import and Export Load Error Cannot Map

I am trying to import data into the account section of Business contact
manager. I go to business contact manger > database tools > import export
data > import a file > select .csv file > select file > Select import data.
This step is where I get the error message unable to load file when I click
on the map button. Does anyone know how I import this data or resolve the
error message.

First thing - verify that there are no issues with the CSV file itself.
There are a couple of really quick and simple ways to do that:

#1 - Open the CSV file in Excel and do a quick visual to see if the CSV file
is what is expected. If the first row contains the column names, you should
verify that none of those names contain strange characters. If there is no
header row in the CSV file, you may want to consider adding one to
preclude the data contents of the data causing an issue.

#2 - Import the CSV file into an MS Access table to see if Access flags
anything as an error

The above suggestions are of a generic nature and not specific for BCM.
