Business Contact Manager

I am new to BCM and am trying to customize the program for a two-person real
estate office that previously used Top Producer for contact management. At
issue is figuring out how track properties (products?/opportunities?) as well
as clients (contacts). Also, some contacts need to link to more than one
account. Does anyone have any input on using BCM in a real estate office
environment? Many thanks for our thoughts.
