Hello,

I have a problem with bcm.
When I click on a contact I have this message: "Business Contact Manager was
unable to initialize this form".
I don't know why bcm do that and I really don't know what to do.
Any idea ?
Thanks.

Hi Chris,

Did BCM ever work?
Is the Business Tools Menu present? If not, what happens if you go to Help
About Microsoft Office Outlook > Disabled Items? Is Outlook listed as a
Disabled Item?

What about a new Outlook Profile?

Hi Larry,

Thanks a lot for your advices.
You were right, Outlook disabled Bcm. Now it works and that's great but what
about telling microsoft to add a message to Outlook when it disable
something ? Adding a message explaining what to do could be a good idea
preventing news like this one and lost hours.
Anyway thank you.

Best regards,

Chris
