BCM was unable to initialize this form

After moving a large number of Contacts into BCM I am unable ato access the
detail informantion if I click on a Business Contact, recieving a message
"Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form." I am updated
through SP2. How do I solve this poblem?

Check if Business Tools is avalaible else go help > about Microsoft Outlook
disabled items and enable BCM

Thanks, the feature was disabled. I went into "About Outlook" and found the
disabled item, enabled it, and the function now works.
