Business contact manager unable to initialize this form..

Can't seem to find out the answer to fitting this problem. Reinstalled
program still doesn't fix the problem.
Any suggestions or directions to solution?

Can you try deleting the file below and see if this helps
C:\Users\"User Name"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT
