Business Contact Manager History sorting question

Tom

Is there a way to change the date created date and time?
Or is there a way to add a new field with a date that is
in the past?

In the past, I used the notes area on a contact to keep
track of work done for each of my customers. I am taking
this info out of the notes area and entering them into
Business Notes in the Business Contacts Manager History
area.

Each visit is now a seperate note. I would like to sort
the list by date of visit, not date created since I
usually enter the data days or weeks later.

I tried putting the date in the subject field, but is
still does not sort correctly. 10/03/03 is coming up
before 9/1/03.

You can't change the default view in the history list, but you can right-click the column headings and use the Field Chooser to change the fields displayed on the currently open item.

If you want to use dates in the subject (a great idea!), just make sure you use two-digit numbers for months and days. That way 09/01/03 will sort before 10/03/03.
