business contact manager doesn't show up

I have loaded the program successfully yet the features do not appear in
Outlook.

After exploring for a while, I found something in the "Trust Center." This
section is located on the Tools menu. Under the menu selection "Add-ins,"
and under the heading "Disabled Application Add-in" both Business Contact
Manager and Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin show up.

How can I get this program to work?

You have to enable them after you close out outlook them reopen outlook
then add them to the trust after you enable the add-inn
