Business Contact Manager and Worf

I've installade BCM and Word 2003. In the "Action" command bar there is a
voice, "new document for account" that launch Word.
When I close word saving the document, there is no link in the account for
that
Why ?
 
The menu Item "Action --> New Letter to Account" in the Account window is for
preparing a template for a letter to the contact. In order to associate this
document to the contact, use the “New --> File" option.
