business contact manager Accounts has fields missing on gen page

In regard to the Contact fields displayed at the bottom of the ACCOUNTS
general page. In the morning after startup the program business contacts
fine. Later in the day, PRIMARY and FULL NAME are missing. The window starts
at JOB TITLE. I tried every way I could to restore it. Restart, etc. NG. This
morning, it started up fine, fields are back. This has happened before. HELP

You need to cleat the cache. This happens to me several time a day too.

Click TOOLS, OPTIONS, OTHER tab, ADVANCED OPTIONS button, CUSTOM FORMS
button (at bottom), MANAGE FORMS button, then the CLEAR CACHE.

Click OK/APPLY to get out of all the menus and then close and restart
Outlook. Problem Solved.
