"Business contact manaager was unable to initialize this form"

Any suggestions on correcting this? I have already cleared the forms cache
and checked to make sure BCM was not disabled. I also tried deleting
outcmd.dat, extend.dat, and frmcache.dat (suggestion from microsoft help).
Nothing has worked so far. I have read that there may be a conflict with
quick books if anyone has any info on that.

Thanks

Hi

This was the solution provided if Qucik Books was causing an issue. But
looking at your error message they dont match. This is what you need to do
Goto > start > run > regedit browse to

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}\InprocServer32

and if they key does exist then rename the same to old

(make sure you back up the registry)

Hope this helps

Hi

By the way do you see Business Tools ?You did state that you did check under
disabled items. If have the same then you can try creating a new profile in
Outlook by going to control panel > mail .Then try associating old BCM
database with the new profile.(You can also try a new database from the old
profile as well by going to file > datafile managment > remove bcm, close
outlook and add a new one from the datafile managment window).
