Burning DVD

Do I need special software to burn DVD's even though my PC came with a DVD-Rw?

Jess you do need a burning program to go with your dvd writer, there may be
shareware programs on the net that may be helpful but your best bet is to get
Nero Burning rom 6

Another decent burning program is called "Sonic RecordNow!"

If your computer came with the DVD burner, you probably have dvd burning
software. I've never seen a pc come with hardware but without the software
to run it.
It may not be the best or fanciest software, but you should have something
that will do the job.

Mine came with Roxio, but it could be Nero or Sonic or other things. Take a
look on your Start Menu and see what you find.
