Burn DVDs with RecordNow?

Hello

I have the software RecordNow on my Packard Bell PC. It seems there is
no information on how to make good DVDs by recording from a DV camera.

What quality should I chose to get the best quality in order to burn a
DVD.

The original comes from a video 8 tape that I've digitalized via a
Canon camera with digital-analogue converter.

Which quality should I use to get the best possible DVD from this?
