Build AD Controller for Test Environment

Hello,

We want to add a new DC to our existing AD production
environment. We then want to move the new DC to a
physically separated test environment.

Any ideas on what the best method would be?

What would have to be done in the production environment
once the new DC "disappears"? Would we have to manually
remove references that point to the new DC?

You need to do a metadata cleanup in your prod environment and remove all
records that your DNS have about this removed DC.
