Buggs in IE

Hi

I have experienced 2 problems that I hope some can help me
solve.
First one is that when I clikc on a link on a web pate,
usually a new window is supposed to appear, however, mine
window isn't open completely. It opens a new window but I
don't see in on screen, instead I have to go to my toolbar
and click on the new window tab and "Maximize" the window
in order to see the content of the window. I don't know
who to fix it, and I had this problem for awhile.

The second problem is that I can't change the size of my
browser window. The middle button on the right hand corner
of the window doens't work. When I click on it, it simply
minimizes the window, which is the what the left button
does. I am sure there are just some way I can fix this.

I have tried the repair option under Add/Remove program
but nothing worked. Can someone please enlighten me?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
