[BUG] Popup Slide Craziness

Occasioanlly on my Thinkpad (A21P - XP) and on Windows
Terminal session to remote XP boxes, the popup 'races' UP
then DOWN on the lefthand side of the screen.

Kinda annoying if I gotta click on 'OK'.

A similar thing happens to me, with the message going up
and down the right hand side of my screen. I have my
taskbar down the left of my screen rather than at the
bottom and colleagues who have it in the latter place do
not have this "problem". Suspicion is that it
can't "anchor" itself to the System Tray!

You're right.

This is a known bug when the taskbar is not at the bottom of the screen.
