"alert" popup slides off the screen

Required to duplicate: put start menu on the right (or
left?) side of the screen instead of the bottom.

When one of the background agents detects suspicious
activity, it should throw the little popup that gives the
user an option. For instance, with new startup items, it
asks "allow" or "block".

With my taskbar vertical on the right side of the screen,
when one of these alerts is activated, it "slides in" from
the bottom of the screen, slides all the way up the display
and off the top. I can't actually see the window anymore,
and i can't activate it to click either of the buttons and
clear it. The only way I know it is there is with ALT-TAB,
and the only reason I know the text of the window is
because I use the ALT-TAB powertoy for XP.

This is an obvious UI bug, is there any way to submit a bug
report so it gets fixed for the next beta or release candidate?

Thanks,
Braden McGrath

If the toolbar is to the side, this will happen, the best you can do is put
it back the bottom until it is fixed and trust me, it will be fixed.
