I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error:

Buffer overrun detected!
Program: explorer.exe

¿Anyone can help me with this?

What idiot wrote that silly explorer.exe program?
Can you be more specific when or how you get that Buffer overrun
error ?

It happens when I try to open the program. Just like that.

I don´t really know how or what caused explorer not to
work properly cause yesterday it was working just fine.

I haven´t installed anything or erased any program since
yesterday.

I´ve already tried to install SP 4 but I get the same
error message.

Do you think re-installing Wiondows might help?
