BT mouse after suspend

I face the following issue after upgrading to Vista. My BT mouse will not
work after I suspend and resume the laptop. I need to restart or reassociate
it in BT profiles. It used to work ok with XP
 
Yes, that's the behaviour. Has anyone obtained this hotfix and can send it
so that I can avoid all this complicated process of contacting MS support?
