bsod

I am running xp on my home sysytem.on 3 occasions over the last 3 weeks I
have received bsod.I did a restart and the puter worked ok,but there are
times when web pages will not load at all,the browser freezes and I have to
end programs through task manager.Also volume will not go up very loud for
any applications.I know where to find the mini.dmp folder but have no way to
open the files to get info from the bsod.Please understand I have limited pc
knowledge,just wondering if anyone could help out.Thanks

If the dump file is a small one (64 K), please send it to me - not to the
News Group - and I'll have a look at it for you. Otherwise I can email you
a small (299 KB) file - windbg.exe that you can access the file for
yourself. If the latter, please let me have legit addy.
