BSOD when beginning connect to internet

Dell Dimension computer
During an attempt to connect to the ISP via dialup modem, got the following
Blue Screen

STOP: c0000415 Unknown Hard Error
Unknown Hard Error
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further
assistance.

(End of error message.

Then, started in Safe Mode as Administrator and got the following message:)

Computer restarted after an unexpected shut down.
Microsoft Windows detected a possible device failure.
The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing
operation.
Please check with device manufacturer for a driver update.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
The display driver for 64MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 with TV Out
(Dell) seems to be responsible for system instability.

Visit the dell site/support, enter your PC product code, which will then
take you to specific info for your PC.
Check whether there are any updated drivers for your sys

DL, thank you for your response - haven't tried it yet but will this
morning.

We may still have other problems and suspect I am going to have to get help
from Dell ad the machine is still under warranty.

Again, thanks for your help. I'll provide details if it works OK.
