BSoD on install of XP

I have been trying to install Windows XP Professional, slipstreamed
with SP1a. This is a clean install on a freshly formatted harddrive.

XP will load the setup drivers, and load the necessary files. Once it
gets to "Starting Windows XP" in the setup process, I get a BSoD and a
STOP error with the following codes:

0x0000007E
0xC0000005
0x80541676
0xF7AF70EC
0xF7AF6DEC

I have pulled all the cards from the system, and disabled the onboard
SCSI. I have also removed one of the processors and put the terminator
card in place. I am running the newest BIOS revision for the system
(A12 I believe).

I am wanting to use this system as a simple file and print server.
W2K3 server seems overkill for this. I also have Windows 2000
Professional, but was hoping to get XP to run.

Any help?

I can't remember the exact codes, but when I had the BSOD when
installing XP, it was bad RAM.
