BSOD - Dumpchk.exe

J

Joey Ditta

Greetings from the UK, England to MS Community.

I have experienced a number of blue screens of death on my
win2k server with sp4. They begin with 'Stop: 0x000000a
IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal...'.
Using the Dumpchk.exe I've extracted an output (by
refering to the ExceptionAddress) and used the pstat.exe
to determine the culprit - in this case it's Ntoskrnl.exe.

Can someone please explain to me what the following lines
from output file imply?:-

BugcheckCode 0xc000021a
BugcheckParam1 0xe1270188
BugcheckParam2 0x00000001
BugcheckParam3 0x00000000
BugcheckParam4 0x00000000

These have been extracted from MS kbase entry 192463.

Thank you for your help.
