BSOD at startup and a physical memory dump

Hi everyone, I'm having the exact same issue with my Dell Inspiron. My knowledge of PCs is very limited so everything I've read in this thread so far has made zero sense!

I'd be absolutely gutted to lose my music/photos/guitar tabs etc, in very simple terms if possible what can I do?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a faulty stick of RAM they are not difficult to replace. It's worth the cost of a stick to find out.
