Can somebody help me? I would like to turn off the annoying 'click' noise
that occurs everytime a web page refreshes or when you click a link? TIA

Download Firefox and not only will not get any clicks, you will be safer
when you browse the Internet and you will be able to experience the pleasure
of tabbed browsing. You can get it here:

Control Panel> Sound and Audio Devices> Sound> Program events. Scroll
through the list to Windows Explorer. Change the sound assigned to any
events with "navigation" in their description to NONE.
