Browsing in IE 6

Posted this a few times, I am browsing through various web
pages, all of a sudden I get a window popping up
saying, "Retry to Connect, or Work Offline", you are not
online.

This is bugging the beans out of me. Cudos to the one with
the solution.

It sounds like you have a flakey internet connection. What happens when you
choose "Retry to Connect"? Are you over dial up or broadband?

There have been a rash of posts with this error. Many people have found
that the Google Toolbar, if installed with the Advanced Features, was
the culprit. Apparently the toolbar downloaded something to display
hearts for Valentine's Day and this messed up a lot of people.
Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix it.
